"No dream, Mr Sterling. Soon a reality"
Daniel Craig has admitted that he didn't dream about playing James Bond as a child growing up in Chester.
"People are always saying to me: 'You must have dreamed of playing James Bond when you were a kid.' The answer is no. I never did. I dreamed of being all sorts of other things: Superman, Spider-Man, the Invisible Man — even a good old-fashioned cowboy. But Bond, not so much, which seems ironic now".
After his "I'd rather slash my wrists" comment when asked if he'd like to return at 007 after 2015's SPECTRE, it sounded like playing Bond again would be his worst nightmare. Yet the 52-year-old has changed his tune a little:
"I've been lucky enough to land one of the best roles in movies. There's been no downside to playing Bond".
