Licence to Queer

Daniel Craig has revealed that he couldn't have taken on his Queer role while playing James Bond.

"It would have been tricky", he said. "Bond was always about the classic, macho, suit-wearing, vodka martini-drinking guy. And I was focused on making him feel real for today's audiences".

Daniel also claimed that his version of Bond wasn't right for a significant sexuality shake-up for the character.

"I don't think it would have worked for the films I was making. But the world's changing and that's great. There's room for all kinds of stories".
