Pierce Brosnan doesn't give a f*ck!

Pierce Brosnan may finally be running out of patience when it comes to talking about James Bond.

When asked whether 007 would enjoy the festive season, he initially played along:

"Of course he would enjoy Christmas!" he said.

But when the questioning turned to how the fictional spy might actually spend the holidays, Pierce's enthusiasm evaporated rather quickly:

"I don't really want to answer the question, and I'm not going to answer the question. Because I couldn't give a f**k! Why would I waste my time thinking about where James Bond would be at Christmas?"

 Message received and understood.

Realising he may have gone a little hard, the former Bond softened his tone by firmly redirecting the focus back to real life:

"I know where Pierce Brosnan's going to be spending Christmas: at home with my wife, in my little island retreat in Hawaii".

 He finished with a brief apology:

"I'm sorry for not being able to help you with James Bond. It's something that'll go on until the day is done".
